So far you should have read about multiple free and inexpensive backlinking services we use to improve page rank. All of these are helping us improve page rank and get on the Googles,Yahoo’s and Bing’s first page. However, using linkvana is helping us stay on top.
You see, for many of our content sites we need continuation of links, slowly link building to stay on top. Sometimes it takes time to achieve the original rank depending on the competition of course, but often it is very quick if you are properly selection your keywords (which we will talk about in part 5) . The basic goal is to get many high PR links from multiple sources using anchored text links. And so far, once we build the initial link source, we use Linkvana to schedule links to come in 1-3 per day. This way, you do not lose your page rank.
You see, with all of these, except the Brute Force Linking Loophole system, it takes time and as much as it is somewhat semi-automated, it still takes time. So Linkvana helps us save time and get backlinks from many high PR sites in less time and on schedule.
The way Linkvana works is that you log into their system, and set up different projects. When you have projects, which are basically different domain names, you need to create 100 word post which gets posted on a high PR website, to get you a high PR backlink.
Due to the fact that these posts are 100 words they are easily created. In addition, they are really easily indexed because they are content posts. And the places where these posts get posted on are high PR blogs. And if you did not know you can test their service, Linkvana gives you a $5 trial of 50 free credits to test them.

So if you have read the part 2 and if you have started using Angela`s and Paul`s backlinks, it really is time consuming if you do it all yourself, manually. But well worth the effort because having links from these sites will actually rank you in Google in a matter of days with just a few links, and keep you there.
We have a few people who are assisting us in getting backlinks to our pages, but even with them, it was taking a lot of hours away from us.

How to Get HIGH Quality Links – Free Tutorial - Part 2
By now I hope you have read the part 1 on how to improve page rank. We are moving onto getting HIGH quality links using two systems we had great results with.
I am not sure if you have heard of Angela’s backlinks. It is a package of websites that you can leave your links on. Once per month you get a PDF file created by Angela, and in that PDF she provides you with 30 High Page rank sites. The Page rank of these sites is anywhere from 4-10 PR. Imagine getting a backlink from some 8-10 PR .edu sites!
The way her system works is that she gives you 30 websites to leave your backlinks on. Many times, some of them will stop working eventually as the owners of the websites change their rules and such, so you can count on getting 20 High PR backlinks. The best of all, the subscription costs $5 per month which is a real bargain for such a goldmine. So very, very affordable.
The second option is using Paul`s backlinks packages. The idea is similar to Angelas, except that with Paul`s backlinks you end up getting more links at lower cost. Currently it is $8 per month for 50 backlinks. Now here is a little inside tip. The only thing we noticed with using both of these systems is that it takes a while for search engines to recognize the links.
But we have a solution for that as well!
We started using the RSS feed creating script, which automatically gets the Paul`s and Angela`s backlinks indexed in Google instantly! Which means, your pages will start to climb up the search engines as soon as you leave the links, run the RSS feed script, and submit the feed to a few RSS sites.
So here is the process to follow, for guaranteed, and fast results:
1) Using Paul`s or Angela`s backlink packages, create your links.
2) After creating each link, copy the URL of the profile that your links are on
3) Add that profile URL to the RSS Feed script
4) When you collect about 20 profile URLs, run the RSS Feed script, to create one RSS feed URL.
5) Submit that RSS Feed URL to a couple of RSS feed aggregators, such as feedage.com, feedest.com, feedagg.com.
6) Ping those feed URLs at pingoat.com, or pingster.com
That`s it! This process is really simple, but the results it brings are fabulous!
Basically the PDF’s from both, Angela and Paul, are a guide that shows you exactly how to log in and set up your account on different sites so you can get a publicly viewable profile which includes your anchored text.
This is all great, but there is one little problem. The problem is that if you have more than 10 pages you want to rank high for, you will end up spending weeks only on backlinking, which is NOT the way to go, as you have more important tasks to do.
So, in the part 3 of these series, we are going to show you a way on putting the above on autopilot! We figured out a system that lets us do almost 4 times more work, in half the time spent! So stay tuned 
How to Improve Page Rank – Free Tutorial - Part 1
To improve page rank of your websites and pages, you need to do a lot of things. One of them is On-Page optimization, and the other is called Off-Page optimization, which is getting backlinks to your pages. Now, the first one is very easy to do, while the second one is very time consuming. So over the next 5 days we are going to show you how to do that for best and fastest results. We will show you multiple ways to generate backlinks, and the best of all, this will be free, or very very inexpensive.
Something to keep in mind. On page optimization is important, BUT off page optimization is 10 times more important. Do generating LOTS of quality backlinks is a MUST! You can read more about on page optimization at the link provided above, and off page optimization is basically getting high quality backlinks with anchored text (which is called a hyperlink), back to your site which in turn help you improve page rank.
Now, many people are not aware of the fact that links generated from blogs can help you improve page rank. For many, finding blogs where you can post a comment, can be very time consuming, and this is the reason people give up. BUT you can use a free software called Comment Kahuna to get a list of many blogs that you can leave comments on, instantly. Here is a video that shows you how to use it!
The only thing with Comment Kahuna is that you will not know if the owner approved your blog post or not unless you were going to double check manually. However, as you can do most of this on automated system, it is still worth using it because it automatically pulls the blog you need to post to, and you select only do follow blogs as no follow does not help. The way we do it, is we do not bother to find whether our comments are approved or not, we just work on getting as many of them, as possible. 80% of the ones we leave usually get approved, which is a very good number.
The second system we use, to get free backlinks, is called Free Traffic System. It brings great results and it definitely improves page rank! The way it works is based on spinning the articles, and the system posts the spinned article to 30 different sites (blogs). So you spend around 30-60 minutes for 30 backlinks. Not bad, right? That is not it, actually you can backlink 2 different URL’s using those 30 spinned articles, because when your article is 450 words or more, you can add two links in it. So for less than one hour of work, you get 60 backlinks, which is great!
Now, many people think they need to write their own articles and that is just not the case. Actually, you can use the free PLR articles to submit to Free Traffic System, and you can download them over at Resell Rights Weekly. The only thing we suggest is to re write first and last paragraph of the article a little, and then spin it. Over at Free Traffic System they give you tutorial on how to do this all.

Free Traffic Exchange – if you have never heard of free traffic exchange method for getting visitors to your site, then you are not alone. Many website owners are not aware that there is a way to get quality, targeted traffic to their website for free. However, there are many factors involved in this method that you should make yourself aware of before you attempt to use it to bring in more people to your webpage.
First of all, let’s discuss what a free traffic exchange is. It is the method of exchanging links with another website in your niche. You look in the search engines for other websites related to your topic and then contact the site owners and ask them if they would be willing to allow you to leave a link on their website in exchange for their being able to leave a link on your site. This is usually beneficial to both parties because the two of you share each others traffic, bringing in more visitors for everyone.
Free traffic exchange sounds great, doesn’t it? Well, it is, but there are some things you need to consider before you begin using this technique. First, chances are that you will only be able to swap links with a website the same quality as yours. A site that has tons on visitors and a high page rank isn’t going to be willing to share their massive traffic with a small site that only has a few visitors a week. So, the better your site, the more bargaining power you have when it comes to link exchanging.
Next, you have to monitor your links. Occasionally you will encounter a dishonest webmaster that will agree to swap a link with you and then will remove your link after a short period of time. If you do not monitor your incoming links, then you may be giving them a free backlink.
Overall, free traffic exchange is a great method for getting more visitors to your site. Just be sure to consider all factors when choosing a site to switch with.
